We used a brushless motor. Lots of online sellers sell motors that can be substituted for what we used. As long as the motor and recommended prop pull current that your electronic speed controller(esc) can handle, it should be fine. Make sure it either comes with all the necessary hardware to mount to your plane and attach to your esc, or you might have to buy these separately. Depending on your location, you can order them online through ebay or amazon or flipkart or such, or make your own using components easily available at stores (metro's).
